Looks fancy, but is noisy and cheap!

These apartments do not live up to thier reputation. I agree with the previous comment on how the toilet flushing from upstairs tenants is extremely loud. Also, fake wood paneling on kitchen floor sticks to your feet and tries to come off the concrete below. Also, bugs are horrific! There are regular pest control rounds, but really do not help. The only nice thing about Kenley is the view from afar. The staff isn't very friendly either. However, the absolute worst part about living here for 6 months was the noise from upstairs tenants. The walls and floors are so cheap that you can hear someone tip-toeing. I wouldn't recommend Kenley Apartments to anyone who enjoys clean and quiet living or to anyone who has an infant. (No easy napping with all the noise from around you).
