My wife and I have lived in Kenley for about 8 months and have for the most part enjoyed our stay here. The grounds are very nice however the construction of the apartments are nothing special. The apartments are way overly priced for their quality, however, they do run specials from time to time that may make it worthwhile. Whatever you do though, DO NOT BREAK YOUR CONTRACT. It is ridiculous how much you will pay to get out of a lease. My wife and I just bought a house and it is cheaper to pay rent for 3 months than to break our contract (we are having to pay rent and a mortgage which really sucks but it is still cheaper than breaking our lease). Parking is also an issue. On the north side of the complex there is plenty of parking, however, on the south side they do not have enough parking to accommodate the residents. The south side is also a lot noisier than the north side (the larger complexes are located there and the people are really crammed in there). We have some friends that live in the south side apartments and they are not very satisfied. So far my wife and I are mostly satisfied living on the north side. Lastly, try your best to steer clear of the management. They are not very pleasurable to deal with. You can talk to three different people and get three different answers. They often don't have a clue about what the lease says. I hate to state the obvious but read your contract thoroughly before you sign it. It is about 100 pages but it will be well worth it to do read it instead of having to ask someone in the office that has no idea what it says.

So if you do decide to live in these apartments, plan to stay the full lease term, get a discount, live on the north side of the complex (when you enter the apartments it is to your left), and try your best to limit your dealings with the front office. My wife and I have been pretty lucky with our stay here, however, I know others that have had some real problems. These are just some things to think about if you are looking to live at Kenley.
