Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2001
As a long term resident of Kenley, I have been here since they opened in 1997, I would like to state that, although, ever property has its small faults, my experience at Kenley has been excellent. I agree they are beautiful on the outside, but I also would like to add that in the past 4 years I have been nothing but happy with my apartment, the maintenance staff, the office staff, and yes, my upstairs neighbors... perhaps the previous comments have grown out of frustrated individuals who have problems far out of control of the Kenley community.
