Kenley's staff are highly trained in the Foot-in-the-Door-Technique. While visiting the property as a "prospect", you couldn't find a friendlier staff, more beautiful lanscaped grounds, or better move-in specials in all of Birmingham. However, when you've transitioned from prospect to resident, amenities definitely decline. The well kept grounds are for the buildings that are highly visible while walking or driving through the property(buildings in front and next door to the leasing office). The remainder of the grounds are not maintained as well by far. Trash days(Tuesdays and Fridays) are just that...trashy days. Trash is always sat out the night before, which ultimately attracts cats, dogs, and raccoons. Trash is usually torn to pieces and placed everywhere by 8am. Well, living on the lake prompts anyone to take a nice, peaceful stroll from time to time. Unfortunately, you literally have to watch your every step, because there is dog feces everywhere, I mean everywhere!! The staff is definitely not as friendly as before and the move-in specials are just what it says..."move-in" specials. There are no specials for maintaining residents. Kenley definitely has a problem maintaining residents, that is why there move-in specials are so outrageous. I received over $200 per month off the market rent and it's still overpriced. Kenley...our plans will change yours, they're definitely right about that...I'm moving!!!
