I have lived at Kenley for 2 years and would never consider moving for any reason other than the purchase of a home. I have always found the office staff and maintenance staff to be very friendly and responsible - if someone is experiencing a problem with them, they are probably the root of their own problem - - get a life, the world doesn't revolve around you! Being in the real estate business myself, I can tell you that leasing is a grown-up activity and most negative experiences come from unrealistic expectations or failure to read your contract. Back to the subject. . . Kenley provides a clean, quiet, and upscale living environment which can not be beat in the Birmingham market. I would recommend this community to anyone that is searching for a place that can truly be called home - even if only short term.
