I have lived at Kenly for a little over a year. The staff has always been wonderful and friendly, so I don't understand all the comments about the staff. The apts are nothing special, they are your basic set up, I can sometimes hear my neighbor's music, cars driving through, people walking in the breezeway but that is just part of apartment living. Overall I am satisfied, the grounds are nice and most tennants are courteous and professional so I have not had a problem with noise, parties, loitering are any of the other problems that often come with apartment living. I do think they are a little over priced and the long lease and all the legal lingo does concern me for when it comes time to move out. Anyone who is interested I would suggest visiting and forming your own opinion.
