Its a very nice APARTMENT complex From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/29/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I have lived at Kenley for almost a year now. It is a beautiful place especially at night when the columns are lit around the pool. Every time friends or family comes over for the first time, I get complimented on my choice. People complain about the noise, but they should remember, it is an APARTMENT. I have lived in apartments and houses all through college and grad school. While it is not as quiet as a house (upstairs nieghbors can be heard walking or dancing or something) it is by far the quietest apartment I have rented. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. They go out of their way to make you feel a part of a community. They even delievered cupcakes to my place of work for a "resident of the week" drawing. I didnt know they even had this contest, but my co-workers were impressed. Anyway, I will be buying a house soon, but anyone planning on renting should look at Kenley. It is a very nice place.
