First of all who in there right mind thinks that you could break a contract and not pay a penalty' I think that anyone with half a brain knows to read a contract before you sign. Second of all, if you trash an apartment then you should have to pay for damages. God forbid adults have to own up to there responsibilities. I have lived at the Kenley for two years now and have been nothing but happy. I get to come home every night to the most beautiful property in Birmingham. The staff has always been more than happy to help me, and maintenance has always been quick to respond to my needs. (I have only had to call 2 times in 2 years!!) It's always the people that break the rules and cause the problems that want special treatment when they have to pay for there mistakes. Get over it and act like adults not 2 year olds.
