We have lived at Kenley for several months. We pay for a luxury apartment complex that boasts about it's many wonderful amenities. Unfortunatly we are unable to enjoy these amenities on a regular basis. We wanted to live in a gated community and yes Kenley does own a gate however in the months that I have lived here it has NEVER worked. We wanted to live in a community that provided a fitness center and yes Kenley does have a fitness center though all the equipment in there is merely for show since it is consistently inoperable.Both treadmills have broken belts and cannot be used at all, the eliptical machines are unsafe due to missing screws that cause the machine to be unbalanced and very jerky, the bikes do work on occasion though the moniters on them do not so you cannot adjust your resistance level in order to actually provide a workout and forget about watching the TV because the picture tube is broken. The apartment itself is another bundle of issues. The walls are thin so be careful what you do or say if you don't want your neighbors to know about it. The carpet is old and stained. The light in the dining room turns off by itself after being on for less than 30 minutes. It took over a month to repair the disposal tht was broken upon move in. The wood on the railings of the balcony and front porch area is compltely rotting away. Parking is another problem. If you can't get home before 6pm you will probably have to park about 3 or 4 buildings away from your actual apartment. Basically what you see when considering renting at Kenley is a far cry from what you will actually receive once you sign on the dotted line.
