I have been a resident at Kenley Apartments for 5 months now. For these entire 5 months, the front gate has been wide open, allowing people to come and go as they please. I was under the impression that I was moving into a GATED community. Also, the exercise room has not had treadmills for two months; the only cardio machines they have are two elliptical machines that are so old you feel like they are about to break when you are on them. As a result, I now am paying for a gym membership. Also, the office staff couldn't care less about your packages. Two of mine have been lost, and one damaged severely. Trust me, you'd be better off at Lake Heather just across the street. I will not be renewing my lease.

I have lived here for 5 years. I have never had a problem. The residents keep running into the gate. Not Kenleys fault. I wish we did have it gated but if someone wants in, they will get in anyway. It is a beautiful, quiet place and the staff is always nice. I give Kenley an A

Angie is the LAST person any of us should yell at. I have lived at Kenley for a little over 2 years now. Yes the gate doesn't work and I wish it were fixed but people have ran into several times. And it is slightly more experience but it has a great pool and the layouts of the apartments are wonderful!! Angie has always gone above and beyond anything I ask help with. Even when it has come to my dog :-) |
