I read and was horrified by the negative comments on here about Kenley apartments. I had already decided on living there and was soon to sign my lease when I discovered the reviews. I went through with my decision anyway and I must say things have gone extremely well. My apartment was not acceptable on the day I went to view it before signing (the carpet was NOT suitable for a new tenant) but upon bringing up that fact, they promptly agreed to change it out and they had all new carpet put in the next day. I had nothing but a pleasant experience with Keri when I signed my lease (she was very thorough and explained every detail and answered any questions.) I am also very fond of both Michelle and Angie, and the assistant property manager too. Everyone is polite, accomodating, and friendly. I love my apartment and I couldn't ask for anything more. There is not a lot of noise around me and the only complaint I have is about the girl who lives above me and plays her stereo loud as hell on weekends...the walls are a bit thin but not horribly so. The grounds are well kept and gorgeous and the only parking lot issue I have had is having to stop in a line of cars to get in the complex because a line of ducks or geese are crossing our path! It's funny and no one seems to mind being patient while they waddle past. I simply love the choice I have made and can't imagine encountering these same problems while here.
