I have lived at Kenley for about 5 months now...I love it. The location is great, the office staff is friendly, the maintenance staff is very prompt. Ok, there are some bugs, but these apartments are on a lake and we live in Alabama. I live in a ground level apartment and yes I can here the toilet upstairs flush from time to time, but I never here people walking. Kenley is a great place to live. And for the people that are complaining about the price, buy a house. Yes, Kenley is not the cheapest place around, but no one said you had to live there. I would recommend Kenley to anyone. (They have a great referral program!)
Well, for prospective renters, come check it out for yourself and don't listen to these cheapskates...
