i lived there and at colonial village, which is just a block away. i moved from one dump into another unfortunately. these are nothing but housing projects!
colonial village was nice for the first six months, then it turned into a ghetto. so i moved from there to the Kenley. i was told they would not allow loud stereos and such. but it turned out to be just the same but the rent was MUCH higher.
so i recommend buy a house like i did. its quiet and im saving $250 a month!
