Nice but overpriced.

These apartments are nice. The pool and the grounds are beautiful, and the apartment floorplans are very nice. The fixtures and appliances are not worth the expensive rent. The staff is polite but organized poorly. If you are one day late with the already expensive rent, expect to pay a $100 penalty. Also, the community is gated, but the gates haven't worked in over a year.
