I have been living at Kenley for 3 months now, and have absolutely no complaints. The staff has been amazing. I met the property manager and she was great. I love my apartment, even if it doesn't have a lake view, it is still fantastic. Noise is not as bad as an issue as one review mentioned on here (they must have had a 300 lb godzilla stomping around upstairs, because I have no complaints). I play my music LOUD and have yet to hear a complaint from a neighbor. Trash service is awesome and very prompt. All my maitnenance requests are met on time. They have fixed the gate by 50% which is a huge improvement. The pool is amazing and always kept very clean. I am proud to say I live there, and yes, it is overpriced - if you're lazy enough to not find out when specials are. I got an amazing special, the staff was very flexible with my move-in dates. If I were to go anywhere else where my special was the market rate, I'd get a dump. I got a great place, for an amazing price.
Parking can be bad if you come in at 5am from partying every weekend, other than that, I have never had a problem. Make sure you get them to sign a doc that say that they won't take you up to market rate immediately, but gradually instead. This is their policy but I found it's not listed in the agreement. Make sure you get it in writing. And for those of you who didn't get their deposits back, you're deposit probably went to fix the dump you left when you moved. Take care of your place, and you'll get your money back. They give you the best, so leave them with the best. Kenley is great; find out when they have specials and MOVE IN if you get the chance!!!!
