Staff turns over constantly, you can never develop any type of relationship with them so rules/policies/etc change daily. Pretty much no one gives a damn. Maintenance is poor, exterior is poor, excercise room is a joke, grills at pool are a joke. Way to overpriced for the service you get. Parking is horrible in half of the complex. NEVER rent in buildings pass the club house, as parking is impossible. Gate never works, high theft region.

High theft??? That's so not true. With each of us having our own monitored alarm system that Kenley pays for how can theft be a problem???? And I believe it has been well over a year since the staff has not turned over. I have a relationship with everyone in the office. It's great to know that regardless of the few insignificant problems that Kenley might have... I am proud to call Kenley home!
