Staff turns over constantly, you can never develop any type of relationship with them so rules/policies/etc change daily.
Pretty much no one gives a damn.
Maintenance is poor, exterior is poor, excercise room is a joke, grills at pool are a joke.
Way to overpriced for the service you get.
Parking is horrible in half of the complex.
NEVER rent in buildings pass the club house, as parking is impossible.
Gate never works, high theft region.

High theft??? That's so not true. With each of us having our own monitored alarm system that Kenley pays for how can theft be a problem???? And I believe it has been well over a year since the staff has not turned over. I have a relationship with everyone in the office. It's great to know that regardless of the few insignificant problems that Kenley might have... I am proud to call Kenley home!

It is in a high theift area and the gate literally never ever ever ever ever works!!!. Whitefish is totally right in everything that is stated!
Is a garbage alarm system Anonymous just like Directpat is garbage.
Guess what over 90% of crimes occure during the day! so the gate being open 100% of the time from 5am til midnight is proof enough that this so called gated community is unsafe and the problems here are not insignificant.

I was robbed but it was outside in the parking lot by a resident.. it was raining and I dropped my money order for rent and the guy behind me snatched it up and cashed it. Jerk!
