The management here is threatening to evict several tenants for not paying water. Some of the bills received were as high as $177 for 3 months. In the tentants lease, it stated that the monthly water payments should be $25.
Another occassion: A resident complained of exposed pipes in her bathroom. Somehow a flying squirrel ended in her apartment, and managaemnet did nothing about it.
Also did I mention the car thefts: 4 of the tenants vehicles were stolen. Management has not done anything about the trespassers that hang around all day.
