My family and I have lived in this complex for a year and a half now in two different apartments. Our first resident manager was horrible. He was hardly in the office or answered the phone, and when he was there he would lock the door as if he wasn't there. We now have a better resident manager who gets things done. The apartments need alot of work. The floors are uneven where your furniture is always leaning. The plumbing frequently gets clogged due to problems with the pipes and parking well lets just say I hope you have a job where you get off before sundown. We currently live in a townhouse. So far within two months three families have moved. Two of those families were out of the four in our row. We constantly have bugs coming out of cracks in the floor along the walls and now we are hearing some kind of animal in our ceiling scratching and walking around. The prices are low for this side of town but it is not worth what we are going through. We are moving out along with the other residents.
