If I had known that a train was in the area and runs all times of the night, I never would've moved here. I am so tired of waking up in the middle of the night to the sound of a train. The noise level is annoying at times from the cars on the main road passing by playing loud music, sirens from emergency vehicles, or the train. However, the maintenance department responds quickly and the manager is and helpful.

No matter how clean you may keep your apartment, you will still have roaches. I am so tired of killing roaches! No matter how much you spray, you will always see one. There are days that I have killed 5-6 roaches in less than 2 hours. I have to buy a bottle of roach spray once a month and spray everyday. There have been rats in my kitchen cabinets on several occasions and a dead rat was outside of the starewell in my building. I was assured by management that I wouldn't have this problem again because all measures had been taken to spray and exterminate, but to my surprise, they came back. The plumbing is a little messed up also. This complex need to be completely renovated. Parking is a total nightmare!! If you decide not to come home after work, you can almost forget about parking at your building. If you come home after 10 pm, you can definitely forget about parking in front of your building. You will probably have to park far away from your building. The lighting in my area is very poor at night. It looks like the light on the pole has gone out and never was fixed. It's very scary and dangerous when you have to park away from the building and walk across the parking lot by yourself in a poorly lit area. Overall, the price is great but no one should have to go through this. I definitely WILL NOT be renewing my lease.
