The current apartment manager does a horrible job. She is mean, does not repair anything in a time consuming manner and she tries to convince you to move in immediately because someone else is asking about the apartment. Hubbard Properties did own this, but it has been sold. Maybe there will be some major changes to the apartments. Unfortunately, the apartment manager is still there (with the new owners). The apartment manager refused to have someone paint my bathroom when the wallpaper was peeling off of the wall and molding. She refused to have someone get paint off of my cabinets which was left there when they repainted. Whomever paints does a horrible job, they drop paint all over the carpet, don't pay to the bottom of the wall and they don't paint with any type of structure. She promised that things would be fixed before I moved in on a Friday, and they weren't. It took a month to have some things fixed and others she later refused to fix. As far as the environment, it's okay. Never too noisy and noone calls the police if you turn your radio up. However the apartments are located by a large, tall and grassy property. Nothing is on the property but the shrubs, grass and weeds are human height. This calls for various animals to roam the property. A raccoon walked almost got into my apartment. Luckily I was looking down when I opened the door. The apartment manager refused to spray anything or set any traps that would keep dangerous animals away from the apartments. If someone lives above you, you can hear them walk throughout their apartment. The construction is extremely poor.
