maintenance guy is the worst part of this appartment complex. Watch out for this guy La..... He may come to your room without knocking, he got real bad attitude, if you have maintenance problem try to fix by yourself don't try to call management because you have to face with that ----- with real bad attitude. Watch out he may cursh you out....Do not try to complain knoll crest management they will make you stupid. I found this appartment worser than aspin trail.
