I have been living here since 2004, i have had several problems with the apt manger and how she responds and talks too you. The other reviews here are pretty similar to the experience I have had here. It is very hard in any apt complex to keep bugs out because everyone is not going to be as tidy as you, however Carmen does try to keep security up and make you feel safe. The apartments need a lot of work especially the stairs and the patios. The price is ok for the amount of space and patio room. I myself will not be renewing another lease here. It has its perks and pitfalls but i guess that is too be expected when you rent.I sure hope that the new owners really try to do some cosmetic work and get some customer service training for the employees. And also be aware of the "private billing company for your water they will try to get over on you and Carmen (apt manenger) is no help.358
