The apartment complex is conveniently located to malls, shopping, etc. But the complex is in major need of some overhauling...Starting with the management office, the heating/air conditioning units, the carpet, the wood balconies, and pest control.

LOVE LIVING HERE - IT IS NOT THE RITTS - BUT DEFENATELY NOT THE PITS!!!! LOL - understand your concerns. You are/were living in an apartment complex that was built in the early 70's. That would bring the aparments to be approx. 40 years old - seems you didn't have a walk-thru before moving in. (love the 60's - 70's style light switchs that control the plugs!) Management is great - yes bi-lingual; si hablo espanol - That is worth just an extra 10,000.00 a year where I work because I can speek Spanish - and I was born at Princton Hospital, Birmingham, AL in 1977. Heating and air, had condensation problems - FIXED BEFORE 48 HRS! WOOD BALCANIES, - yes they have wood railing - my dog and I love the balcany. PEST CONTROL - Yes there are water bugs OUTSIDE - a.k.a. Helie-monsters (named them myself):0) - never seen one inside... LOVE LIVING HERE - IT IS NOT THE RITTS, BUT IS SURE IS NOT THE PITS!
