I lived there for 11 months, burglarized twice and charged for the damages by the burglars. After second burglary I called after hour maintenance the woman with an attitude did not help after several call. I finally moved my things to a hotel because I could not close (not to mention lock) the door. Three days later, no return phone call and no visit from maintenance. After declaring Constructive Eviction, I was still reported to collections. Conditions deplorable, but I had a mortgage also (commuting), no rats, but mice and roaches and loud noise to the point where police were called out. If you are desperate, this place will motive you to move.
