I have been a resident of Kreekview Apartment for a little over 6 months now. I have had a great experience while living here! The staff are always courteous and respectul and respond very quickly if I ever need anything.
The apartment is very well-lit and is a safe environment to reside in. I would recommend Kreekview Apartments to anyone wanting to live in the Hoover Alabama area.

This is a bullsh!t review. I have lived here for nearly 4 years. It can be a great location with spacious apartments, but they are not maintained properly. They are older and as stated in other reviews, lack sufficient insulation! My average electric bill is $150 my water bill is close to $100 every month. When we first moved in water was included...we had no idea that the water bill would be that high! Once Deborah took over managing the property we received our various notices (to all residents) updating rules and applying additional regulations not included in the signed lease. This is unacceptable, and frankly, unenforceable legally. However, if you do confront management regarding the newly imposed regulations you can generally be assured that any possible violation of the lease agreement will be brought up and placed in your file. A possible violation is... talking on your cell phone in the breezeway since it is considered "loitering" despite the fact that your phone call lasts a matter of minutes and it is a normal, cordial phone call. It's gotten to be fairly ridiculous at this point. The rules should be applied consistently and they should not be overbearing to the residents. The maintenance guy is very nice, but it is obvious that he is overworked and finds resistance from management when a necessary repair will cost them money (this was overheard - they use a two-way radio to converse). If they were to complete the necessary renovations it would end up saving them money in the long run and help to keep the residents happy.
