This place is horrible...they leave "happy" notes on your door all the time even through you are home. They would rather say things in a nice written letter than just call you to ask "hey close that window" or don't put up that "color" curtain. It's insane you are always constantly watched and monitored. Yet there are thugs and people in this complex smoking pot and cigars outside on the porches, and there are broken down cars in the parking lot that have been there for months and then I get a note on my door about the color of my curtain'' Seriously!! These people are crazy and just want to find ways to charge you for crap you didn't do. Deborah at the office will say she is just doing this to "save" her job and that Sandra is making her do this...blah blah blah...still doesn't help the fact that she told me one thing and then there were notes on my door saying something completely different than was was agreed to. People just need to move on and find another place to live. The cost of water here is over 100 a month for ONE person, the power is outrageous b/c of lack of insulation. You constantly hear your neighbors and thing break b/c they are so old and haven't been replaced. My door is falling apart and they claimed they fixed it by tacking a nail in it. Yeah it was fixed for two days then broke again..thanks John the repairman. Parking...if you get home after 9 good luck finding a place remotely close to where you live...and you'll have to walk a great deal.

I will agree with everything you said except that you think John is a bad repairman. John is a good maintenance man. Deborah at the office just tries to have one man run around to 100 and something old ass broken down apartments. She tells him to do the bare minimum to fix the problem and then has him running around to do one of the five million other things that need to be done around this place. The water bills are outrageous! Also the power bill is RIDICULOUS due to the fact that there is abolutely no insulation. The APARTMENT MANAGER DEBORAH, needs to start doing her job. If she were half as concerned with the issues that were really affecting the residents,such as maintance issues-or screening the people she lets move in here, as she was about the petty stuff like music at the pool when her own grandchild is running around "without proper swimwear on" and "breaking the no horseplay" rule then this place might run smoother. But no she only enforces the rules to the people that she has an issue with, anyone else including her family can do whatever or break whatever rules they want. ALL RULES SHOULD BE ENFORCED EQUALLY!!!!!!! And there are more important issues at hand than who has a boombox at the pool.. UNLESS THERE IS A PROPERTY MANAGEMENT CHANGE I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECCOMEND LIVING HERE!!!!
