DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO KNOW WHAT IT WAS LIKE TO LIVE IN A ---- CONCENTRATION CAMP OR A SOVIET GULAG! I agree completly with the previous review that favoratism, harassment, and discrimination are the tools by which DEBRAH and her crony JUDY run this property. First of all, let me address the issue of favoritism. DEBRAH and HER FAMILY(which all live here) can do whatever and break whatever rules they want with no consequences. I.E. swiming in regular clothes, having more than two guests per resident, using her companys golf cart to drive her family around, leting her husband use storage space for no charge, allowing her family COMPLETE acesses to the office and your records(social secrity, and other personal info)etc. Secondly, let me adress the issue of harrassment. Her husband and all of her friends that live here WILL invade your privacy by following you around the property and defaming your character with so called complaints that are made up by DEBRAH and backed by JUDY. I.E. anyone who has an argument in the parking lot WILL be blamed on you, ANY party, whether at your house or not, WILL be blamed on you, any minors that you happen to know that get loud one night you WILL have the POLICE called the next day because(according to HER heresay) you are buying them alcohol. This is OUTRAGEOUS!! I have lived here for SEVEN years and never had a complaint until DEBRAH took over. Thirdly, I would like to elaborate on the issue of discrimination. If you are under the age of fifty, no matter what happens, every general complaint WILL be your fault whether your a college student, married, or a manager of a fortune 100 company. It doesn't matter, your young and stupid and a troublemaker according to DEBRAH. Water bills are outrageous and power is insane because there is absolutly NO INSULATION WHATSOEVER! Not in the walls, not around your doors or your windows. I hope you like mold because that is what your going to get! Also,the "tennis and basketball courts" are a joke! You WILL break a leg even trying to walk down there! IT IS COMPLETLY COVERED WITH MOSS AND MOLD! I would like to say that this is not Johns fault. He is very courteous, knowledgeable, and fixes things right when DEBRAH WILL LET HIM TAKE THE TIME TO DO IT RIGHT. I used to enjoy living here until DEBRAH'S LIES got Sandrah removed. DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS DEBRAH IS REMOVED!!!!!

If it has been as bad as you say in your review, why have you stayed for 7 years? Doesn't make sense to me at all.

He stayed here for 7 years because It was not until last December that Deborah took over. Now his lease is about to be up so he is moving out!!!!
