I love it here. I live in the first building on the first floor. I have a HUGE "backyard" area that my brothers and I play soccer and football. It's so peaceful. They always keep the grounds looking great. When you have a maintenance request, they respond ASAP! I absolutely love it here. The apartment complex is also located at the very beginning of the track in front of Samford. 1 minute from I-65. 3 miles from Brookwood Mall. The only reason why I had to leave was because my roommates moved out and I now can't pay for a 2 bedroom on my own. I am really going to miss it.

the management staff could be a little less obvious, regular residents do not use words like maintenance requests, grounds or breathtaking! The bugs from the muddy creek that separates the two sides of the property will take your breath away.

Yeah, this was obviously written by someone who works for the management staff. They actually quoted the distance from Samford and I-65??? lol. If mgmt feels the need to write reviews, OBVIOUSLY this place can't be that great. No, thanks. I will keep looking.
