We have lived here for 3 months. The apartment complex is falling apart. There is only one maintenance person and he has a seriuos attitude problem. The first time he came to fix the door which wouldnt even close, I asked how he was doing and he said he was "pissed about having to come out." Then he spent 30 minutes talking about how he has found Jesus. Our neighbor was robbed of thousands of dollars worth of stuff because the gate stays open all day. None of the residents were notified. Then 2 weeks later, someone stole my motorcycle. Both of these incidents happened at 11 AM, when the managers were here. The guys came in with Uhauls and took everything. When we reported the theft to the manager (Rhonda), she tells us that this has never happened before, assuming that I hadnt already spoken to the other neighbor who had been robbed 2 weeks prior. If we had known of the past robberies here, we never would have moved here. It is rediculous to pay a 30 dollar sewer fee along with almost 800 dollars in rent and have such a ------ house and no safety. I think all of our money goes to the landscaping rather than a security guard.
