I rented a townhouse at Lakeshore Landing for 8 months, and it was one of the worst experiences of my life. The sliding door to the patio was broken, took forever for maintenance to fix it. No vent for the Dryer, so after several weeks they finally had to contract it out so I could run my dryer. The Dishwasher sucked. Never cleaned the dishes. Garbage disposal was broken. Sinks were stopped up. Hot water lasted for 5 minutes if you were lucky. It was only lukewarm. They said there was nothing they could do about it. The apartment was nasty when i moved in. Hair all in the bathtub. I almost threw up when i first moved in and had too clean out the bathtub, and pulled out tons of pubic hair from the bathtub sink. DISGUSTING! the Toilet wouldn't flush. Maintenace after several weeks came out and did some work. but the toilet and sinks still were not fixed. the toilet wouldn't flush every time. The heat didn't work. Roaches everywhere. Thank god for BENGAL Spray. I had to use it and it still didn't get rid of them all. My cat was bitten by some bug and he got an infection and almost died. An arsenist ignited my neighbors brand new truck and burned it to a crisp. Several cars were set fire while i lived there. The pool was never clean enough to swim in and was closed much of the summer. Our DirecTV satellite was almost broken when someone intentionally kept turning it around. In the kitchen there were holes in the ceiling and water would drip through. There were holes under the kitchen cabinets. I'm sure it was a roach paradise in there. Disgusting! There was mildew in my bathroom. Rent was outrageous. Spare yourself and do not rent here.
