Lakeshore Landing was a really unpleasant place to live. Initially I loved the 2 story floorplan but everything was cheaply made and falling apart.

-We had a HUGE problems with sewage that lasted for 2 days. We were forced to literally walk through raw sewage, and we were out of water the whole time! It took 2 full days to get help from maintnance! The thought of those 2 days still makes me feel violently ill.
-My bedroom floor was very sloped. Because of this, my furniture was never stable, people would often trip, and things would fall down and break!
-2 of my closet doors stayed broken the entire time I lived there even though I reported the issues.
-Unless you are a "little person" the bathroom will do you NO good. I am an average sized female and the countertop came to my knees!!!
-The air conditioner hardly ever worked and there were also bugs all over the place. I didn't intend to pay $795 so I could feel as if I was on a camping trip!

The only thing I could appreciate about our apartment is that there was a gate... although this doesn't really help when the majority of the residents themselves are scary!

I have lived here for close to four years now. I totally disagree with the person's review. All my concerns have always been addressed. In fact the managment at LakeShore Landing have always gone far beyond the call of duty to help me.

I also disagree for the most part. The townhouses are mostly families, and I've not seen any "dangerous" types around. My husband is a very tall man (over six feet) and the bathroom counters come up to his hips. I guess the person who said it came up to her knees is some sort of Amazonian warrioress.

We've lived here for a year and half and haven't had any problems with insects. Any time we need maintenence, they come within a day or two of us calling. We did once have a serious water emergency late and night, and the maintenance came out immediately.
