I've lived here a long time and it is a wonderful apartment complex. The location is fantastic and the place is well kept. It is very quiet and the staff is awesome. I thought the water was high until I compared it to friend that lives in a house in Homewood and their bill runs over $100 a month, so I don't complain anymore. If you're looking for a great place to live, check it out.
