I lived at lakeshore landing for a year and we were flooded twice. They did not replace the carpeting that smelled like mildew but instead "aired" them out. We also were out of water several times and the pool was out of commission the entire time. The apartment itself was spacious but obviously older apartments and overpriced. Some of the staff but a couple were belligerent and unhelpful. I do not recommend living here.
