Manager and the other staff are trying to be helpful and nice! About the Rent: Is definitely higher than what you see on their ads. Plus other hidden fees. Cable is optional in their lease however, it is MANDATORY and MUST be ACCEPTED for $55. The base rent is just where you begin, you may ended up paying at least $100 more than the base rent in the end. This complex is about half finished and of course there are noise and inconvenient in addition to horney contraction workers 24/7. Moreover, cheap materials and poor insulation will help you to be aware of your neighbors plans, discussions and their bedrooms activity/action schedules. Plus side is your nice and friendly neighbors and Lakeshore Ridge seasonal party. This is absolutely a positive point where you can meet staff and your neighbors once each season.(*****)
