Overall, okay place to stay. The only complaint is the "friendly, unfriendly" staff. They are never extremely rude, but the way they have spoken to me on several occasions left me feeling as if I was a bother to them. The office manager does not listen, and tends to respond in a "smart alecky" type way, but keeps a tight smile on her face at the same time. The person that has to handle whatever situiation is never in the office at the time a problem needs to be solved. It frustrating, so to make my stay here more enjoyable I tend to avoid visiting the office if at all possible.
The parking is not the best. The main strip into the apartments is very tight and only allows one car to pass at a time. This can be a pain when you have speeders coming aroung the corner.
As with any apartments, there will be some noise. I tend to have to deal more with an inconsiderate tenant above me that sounds like he/she is still moving in after being there 3 months. However, overall there are no major noise issues, such as loud music or people hanging out.
The construction crew are not the most polite. I feel uncomfortable when I have to walk past them because of the looks I am given. Great thing is, the apartments are almost finished. Hopefully, that will help with the mud and the nails that I keep finding in my tires.
Once I am in my apartment, and do not have to deal with the office staff, construction crew and the tenants above me are not at home, I enjoy my apartment. Very spacious. Great floor plan.
Average apartments. Nothing to be upset over (yet) and nothing to be excited over.
