i live in building 16. when i signed my lease, my building was not complete. i told the people here that i wanted a nice, quiet place to live, but little did i know that less than a month after i moved in, they started building a new building directly behind mine. the construction crew is out there from sun up to sun down, they take up our parking spaces, and they always stare at me when i drive in everyday after work. i have asked several time when the construction would be completed, but i have received a different answer everytime. these apartments are overpriced, the manager is not friendly or helpful, and the noise from months of construction is a total hassle.
