I have lived here for 3 months now. We are living in a construction site, with construction vehicles cranking up at dawn, and even on weekends, crowding the parking lot and literally destroying the pavement, and covering the remaining pavement with mud and gravel. If you are female, you had better like being whistled at by the mexican construction crews. They seem to do more of that than actual work. Fire alarms go off whenever the construction crews illegally use the fire hydrants, and sometimes it is literally HOURS before anyone will turn the alarms off. These are nice new buildings, however they are not in a nice community. There have been 7 license plates stolen from cars in the "gated" parking lot in the last few weeks, most likely also by the construction crews that seem to be the root of all the problems here. Office staff are very nice, however the problems lie with the construction crews and they do nothing about it. Parking lots are way too small with no lines, so you may have to park blocks away from your apartment. The low ratings for noise and appearance are due to the construction. I have had numerous problems that have required multiple trips to fix, and some that still have yet to be fixed correctly.
