Lakeshore Ridge is the first aparment complex I have lived in and for the most part everything has been fine. I feel that the people who work in the office are either new at their jobs or just choose not to do their jobs. They were supposed to change our internet over from one apartment to another and instead of doing it when we moved, they waited 6 months and our internet was just completely cut off because they didn't change it to the new apartment. They also failed to tell us that the storage unit on our balcony did not belong to us, but to the fire department. We didn't find this out until we had been in the apartment for 7 months. I have to say that the maintenance staff is excellent. They are very nice and do a great job.
