I just finished my stint in lakeshore ridge so I'm writing this review. I'd be afraid to otherwise. I'll start with the apartment. 1. No fireplace, you have to provide your own light fixtures then they charge you $50 a pop to hang them up. The apartment was nice till after living there for 3 months I began to notice more and more of the shotty construction work. In my opinion the place must have been rushed and just thrown together. The kitchen and bathrooms could have been much nicer for what I paid a month. The staff seems to think that drawing lines for parking is just a silly concept. Every time I asked about it I got fed a different story. I was really impressed by the time I came in and the manager was taking a nap on the couch, when she noticed me she just waved her hand to the staff as if I was some peasant begging for food instead of a paying tenant. The apartment is listed as being a gated community. By that they should elaborate that the gate is only operational 50% of the time. There is no car wash center(which was promised by the manager), I guess they opted for the seldomly used tennis court instead. I could hear the slightest footsteps from the apartment above(at all times of the night). Overall I would this place 2 out of 5.
