The staff in the office at Lakeshore Ridge is very hard to deal with. They will not hesitate to hang up the phone on you while you are talking (multiple times). They also argue and raise their voices. Interrupting is also a behavior that the office staff displays. They treat their residents poorly. It is hard for me to even swallow the fact that I actually pay to live here. The way they have treated me, you would think THEY were the customer. I will never be 'ok' with someone treating me like a second class citizen. I would HIGHLY recommend looking at a different apartment complex based on my personal experience. It is not worth it because "God for bid" you have a problem of any kind, you will literally shed tears and waste your time and energy dealing with these angry women. Just imagine and old bitter woman that takes out her anger on an innocent caller that needs something fixed at the apartment that he/she pays rent to live in...don't say I didn't warn you!

I agree. The older women could care less about your problems and the younger workers just give you the "dumb look" any time you ask them something other than, "Can I have an application?"
