I am presently living at Lakeshore Ridge and I'll give you the real. Overall the apartments are nice and the community itself is well-lit at night. The construction work was hastily completed and I have gaps between my counters. The management is very caring, especially the manager who doesn't take her job seriously. Dog poop overwhelms our grass b/c the "pick up your own poop" policy is not enforced. You can't walk in the grass without steppping on poop. The maintenance guys are great and make repairs quickly. We still have no car wash, even though we were told that it would be built shortly, and there is still no running trail. We have had several car break-ins but I do feel like the complex, overall, is pretty safe. I can hear everything that goes on in the apartment above me, including the dog romping everywhere. We live on the first floor and our bathtub drain gets clogged monthly b/c both of the apt's on top of us drain into our drains. And we pay outrageous prices. I have lived here two years but I'm moving in July. Hope this helps!
