I lived in this complex for 3 months. Not only does everyone not clean up after their dogs who poop all over the property, but it is right on a major highway! My apartment was so noisy between the family upstairs and the trucks at all hours of the night that I had to break my lease or go crazy from sleep deprivation.
Not recommended! There are many nicer, friendlier, QUIETER places to live in Birmingham.

ATTENTION: A NOTE FROM MANAGEMENT
Management was out in full force today removing dog poop from the entire community. We have also posted copies of the Birmingham City Ordinance at the mail kiosks regarding the pet policy for the City of Birmingham. Please remember that not every resident has a pet. If you see someone with a pet and they do not pick up after their pet, please notify the office so that we can address the situation accordingly. Lakeshore Ridge is a beautiful community and please help us keep it that way. Thank you.
