I have lived in Lakeshore Ridge for 2 years. When I moved to Alabama I spent over a month looking for an apartment and the staff here was not only friendly but helped me with my relocation. In the time that I have been here I have seen multiple changes and improvements. Not only has the construction been completed and the parking lots been lined but the management team takes the time to drive the complex and see if there is anything wrong. The noise level is actually very low for apartment living (this is not my first apartment) and the neighbors I have had have been friendly and considerate. I sometimes work late hours and feel safe coming home at night. Yes you can hear a neighbor or a party now and then but I have never had one keep me awake or even cause a real disturbance. The dog droppings are an issue but I also see the tenants that do care and take care of their messes. This is nothing that you won t at any apt complex or even in housing neighborhoods. Overall I would not only recommend Lakeshore Ridge but plan to renew for another year.
