I moved into The madison and after 6 months was told I was being evicted because my dog was running loose. They did not even have the courtesy to contact me by phone. They left a NASTY note on my door! REAL professional! Legally, they did NOT have a leg to stand on. They claimed it was neighbor who complained. NONE of my neighbors ever complained about me OR my pets!! I own a business and work with animlas every day! I am a very quiet , conservative, repsonbsible resident!! MY pets were NOT off their leashes EVER , but I had repeated occasions where others dogs were off leashes and running around the buildings with no owners around and a boxer attacked one of my dogs. Also, I ALWAYS paid my rent ahead of time. They refused to give me my May rent money back when the had already cashed my rent check for May on April 1st along with my April rent. MY lawyer notified me that this is illegal for them to TRY to do! The office staff LIED to me repeatedly, did NOTHING to help when my dog was attacked by a neighbors dog running loose. Kids are ALWAYS running in front of cars, trash is left , old cars are left to rot in parking lot, pest control is non existant, there are repeated break ins the office staff does NOT want residents to know about. Also, most of the time the office staff arrives late in the morning and leaves to go hoem early..BEFORE closing! Many weekend nights, you can hear drunks yelling off their patios til 3am. One of the office staff claimed she was the manager...she was NOT a manager at all, but a leasing agent!

I just seems that you are mad because of what happened with your dog and that nothing is really wrong with the apartments.

YOU DESERVE TO BE EVICTED IF YOUR DOG WAS RUNNING LOOSE!!! YOU DO NOT DESERVE TO OWN A PET. Your dog could be hit by a car or hurt another pet. You care nothing for you dog or other animals.
