First of all, we were without heating or air for 6 months. Oh yes, 6 months. We used space heaters in our apt. for 2 months during the winter, then just burnt up after the seasons changed, thank god it was only spring. Roaches everywhere, one crawled on my roommate while he was sleeping. They do NOT have weekly insect service. Maintenance is terrible, apts are not in good shape. Soon enough the ceiling over my shower will fall on my head and that will ruin my day. I reported this problem to maintenace and of course, it's still there, just waiting to fall on me during my morning shower. I will not recommend this place to any friends OR ENEMIES!
