Management is extremely under qualified. Make sure you keep all of your receipts when you pay them any sum of money. They will try to double bill you. They try to take advantage of younger tennents. I moved from one side of the complex to the other and had to pay for carpet in the old apartment. This was not a problem though. The bill was for $260. I finally moved out of the complex all together and now they are trying to get me to pay $680 for carpet in the last apartment I occupied. Both apartments were similar in square footage. Work order service is extremely slow. The carpet will come apart when you vaccum it.
