The location is nice, but the management and upkeep of the building is all for show. They consistently "upgrade" things every other month leaving most tennants annoyed and inconvenienced, but the evidence of these upgrades is hard to see. For instance they "repaved" the parking lot, yet all I saw were a few guys PAINTING the asphault black, which displaced half the apartment parking and caused accidents due to a lack of space and tennants parking wherever they could. They advertise weekly pest control - which is a lie. Once a month at best, and most times it only keeps the roaches away for a week, then they return only to be twice as bad. I have requested paperwork and leases FREQUENTLY (I called every other day) and did not receive them until weeks after my request, long after a "deal" they had offered for a reduced rate had expired. For what I pay in rent, the price is not worth the trouble. They might try to get you with a $100 down option to move in as well. This just means they will over bill you after you leave for what is usually considered normal wear and tear, above and beyond the "fees" ($1k) they apply for breaking your lease. Save your money and your sanity. Please go somewhere else.
