I have lived her for three years and the place has steadily gone down hill. Angela and Kim were the best managers I have ever seen at an apartment complex. They were polite, curtious, and willing to work with you and help you out in situations. If the Madison new what was best for them, they would get rid of the unprofessional employees they have now and beg Angela and Kim to come back. The only thing they have going for them is the polite maintenance crew. I have never had any issues with them, and they have always been prompt when I have had a problem.

Kim is back. I think she does a good job. She has a new office staff and they are nice.
