First of all I would like everyone that read the last review to know that the current office staff is not unprofessional at all. As a matter of fact they are very professional and wonderful! Shannon and Tahrea are always so nice and friendly everytime I call or stop by the office. They always take time to ask how I am doing and ask if there is anything else they can do for me. Now just to let you know I have lived here since Kim and Angela worked in the office and yes, Angela was very nice. However, I just wanted to let everyone know that the person who wrote the previous review must be mad about something that the office staff would not do for them or would not let them get away with because I can't see anyone in this office being unprofessional at all. I know they are just following their company policies and some people just don't understand that. I would also like to agree that the maintenance staff is GREAT! They are always on top of my work orders! I think The Madison at Shoal Run is a wonderful apartment complex and I, as a customer, am very satisfied with the staff and my apartment. I would also like to point out that most of the previous reviews are anonymous if that tells you anything.
