The Madison is an okay place to live.

pros:
great maintenance team
beautiful area
large apartments
great storage space
pretty good rent

cons:
some apartmets do have a pest controll problem
buildings are starting to show their age
typical upkeep problems
high turnover of office workers
not enough parking
sometimes it takes time (over a month) to get maintenance requsts filled
lots of loose dogs on the grounds (including 1 pit bull)
can hear neighbors through the bathroom wall
